Individual Therapy

Life Transitions

Change—even positive change—can bring up complex emotions. I support individuals through life transitions by combining Internal Family Systems (IFS) and experiential therapy to help you explore the different parts of yourself that arise during times of uncertainty. Together, we create space for understanding, integration, and growth so you can move through change with more confidence and self-compassion.

You may enjoy working with me if:

  • You’re struggling to manage anger, grief, and other heavy emotions and want help finding healthy ways to express, live with, and move through those emotions.

  • You’re exhausted from battling an internal conflict, and you want to understand why different parts of you want different things.

  • Trauma is impacting your current relationships, and you want help processing the past, making sense of it, and regaining your power.

Self Esteem

When your brain has nothing nice to say, it may be time to make a change. Initially, I support your healing by offering you a safe, calm, environment to process what led you to this point. When you feel ready, we’ll explore ways to make changes to what you can control and how to make peace with what you can’t. Becoming friends with yourself is a life long journey, and I’d be honored to walk along side you for a while.

You may enjoy working with me if:

  • You’re experiencing a lack of motivation and you’re curious about unlocking compassion and understanding for yourself.

  • You’re detaching from things that were once important to you, and you want to reconnect with yourself and your loved ones.

  • You’re overwhelmed with a sense of hopelessness and need support managing thoughts and feelings.

Specialized Interventions

Art & Eco Therapy

Art Therapy Interventions

I may incorporate simple or dynamic art-based interventions such as drawing, collage, or guided visual imagery to help you connect with your feelings, uncover deeper insights, and engage parts of yourself that may be hard to reach through talk therapy alone. These creative tools can be especially helpful when working through trauma, anxiety, identity work, or stuck relational patterns.

Art therapy can invite a sense of play, curiosity, and deeper self-awareness—all while gently supporting the healing process. You don’t need to be “an artist” to benefit. It's about expression, not perfection.

Eco Therapy Interventions

If being outside is important to you, let’s talk about it! I currently incorporate Eco Therapy elements into sessions—both in-person and virtual—by inviting nature into the healing process. This might include a mindfulness activity that reconnects you with the natural world or an invitation to connect with nature outside of session.

You don’t need to be an outdoor enthusiast to benefit. Nature has a way of reflecting what we need to see, often reminding us that we’re more resilient, connected, and alive than we realize.

In the future, I hope to offer therapy sessions and programming that provides direct access to nature such as outdoor sessions, hiking groups, and forest bathing.
