During this call, we’ll talk about what you're looking for in therapy and see if we're a good fit to work together.

The initial therapy session is designed to lay the groundwork for a strong, trusting relationship. It provides an opportunity to discuss your personal history, current challenges, and the goals you'd like to work toward. The exact direction of the first session may vary based on your individual needs.

During follow-up therapy sessions, you’ll engage in experiential techniques designed to deepen your awareness of emotional responses and behavior patterns. These may include mindfulness practices, art therapy interventions or ecotherapy interventions.

You’ll also work with a therapeutic approach that explores how different parts of you shape your experiences, reactions, and choices. With support, you’ll identify and unpack negative relationship patterns that may be contributing to ongoing distress.

Individual Therapy:

$150 per 50-minute session

Relational Therapy:

$175 per 50-minute session

$260 per 80-minute session

I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for those experiencing ongoing financial instability

I accept the following insurance: Premera and Life Wise. For those seeking relationship therapy, the way to clarify coverage with your insurance is to ask if you plan reimburses for the code Z63.0. Unless a Z code is covered by your specific insurance policy, I am unable to provide a superbill for relational therapy.

I use a private and secure video platform for all online sessions.
