FOCUS AREAS

Couple’s Therapy

Betrayal & Repair

Betrayal

Betrayal takes many forms. This might look like emotional betrayal, lying, financial infidelity, or broken promises. Other forms include withholding communication and failing to be there for your partner emotionally.

I specialize in supporting couples looking to recover from the pain of betrayal. Together, we will make sense of how you got here, develop tools to rebuild trust, and explore what the future holds. During our sessions, I’ll use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide you in exploring and expressing your emotions as they come up, and also to identify patterns in your relationships. I also use the Gottman Method’s foundational tools to help you rebuild trust and commitment.

Individual Therapy

Stress + Burnout

Stress

If you’re overwhelmed by excessive demands and pressures, I’m here to support you. We’ll work towards understanding why you may often find yourself in stressful situations, empower you with tools to manage stress, and learn how to set boundaries. In sessions, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), thoughtful reflection, and real, honest conversation to guide you towards peace, not perfection.

You may enjoy working with me if:

  • You’re struggling to manage anger, grief, and other heavy emotions and want help finding healthy ways to express, live with, and move through those emotions.

  • You’re exhausted from battling an internal conflict, and you want to understand why different parts of you want different things.

  • Trauma is impacting your current relationships, and you want help processing the past, making sense of it, and regaining your power.

Burnout

If you’re experiencing emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion, it may be time to make a change. Initially, I support the healing of your burnout by offering you a safe, calm, environment to process what led you to this point. When you feel ready, we’ll explore ways to make changes to what you can control and how to make peace with what you can’t. Recovering from burnout might include mindfulness practices, somatic healing, and other experiential therapies.

You may enjoy working with me if:

  • You’re experiencing a lack of motivation and you’re curious about unlocking compassion and understanding for yourself.

  • You’re detaching from things that were once important to you, and you want to reconnect with yourself and your loved ones.

  • You’re overwhelmed with a sense of hopelessness and need support managing thoughts and feelings.

Specialized Interventions

Art & Eco Therapy

Art Therapy Interventions

I may incorporate simple or dynamic art-based interventions such as drawing, collage, or guided visual imagery to help you connect with your feelings, uncover deeper insights, and engage parts of yourself that may be hard to reach through talk therapy alone. These creative tools can be especially helpful when working through trauma, anxiety, identity work, or stuck relational patterns.

Art therapy can invite a sense of play, curiosity, and deeper self-awareness—all while gently supporting the healing process. You don’t need to be “an artist” to benefit. It's about expression, not perfection.

Eco Therapy Interventions

If being outside is important to you, let’s talk about it! I currently incorporate Eco Therapy elements into sessions—both in-person and virtual—by inviting nature into the healing process. This might include a mindfulness activity that reconnects you with the natural world or an invitation to connect with nature outside of session.

You don’t need to be an outdoor enthusiast to benefit. Nature has a way of reflecting what we need to see, often reminding us that we’re more resilient, connected, and alive than we realize.

In the future, I hope to offer therapy sessions and programming that provides direct access to nature such as outdoor sessions, hiking groups, and forest bathing.
